Mindful Eating Thursday, JUNE 12 7-9 pm
You know that a goal for healthy eating and healthy weight is to eat slower, chew, and savor. But how to do it? This evening workshop will focus on mindful eating. What is mindful eating? Come to this evening event to find out! It will be a combination of experiential, lecture, discussion, and you’ll get a great handout to take home. Weight Release Support Group 4 Wednesday Evenings 7:30 – 9 pm JUNE 18 JUNE 25 (no 7/2) JULY 9 JULY 16 This group is open to anyone who has worked with me for weight loss either privately or in a group series. We feel out of control with cravings and emotional eating, and then we feel guilt and self-hatred. Yet, we love food and eating. So what can we do? With self-hypnosis and other mind-body-spirit techniques, you can reclaim a healthy relationship with delicious, real foods and feel good about yourself and your marvelous body. Sleep Easy! TUESDAY, JULY 29 7-9pm $35/$40 nonmembers Many people have sleep problems, whether it is not getting enough sleep, waking up too frequently, worrying too much, or trouble falling asleep.
